  • By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS.

  • I can decline any commissions I think are unsuitable or inappropriate for me.

  • I do NOT allow any of my work to be fed into AI.

  • I have all rights to my work for portfolio and promotional use.

  • Credit must be given to me whenever my work is used.

  • Commissions take from 1-2 weeks to complete. If more time is needed, I will let you know.

Communication

  • I will give frequent updates on your commission and give my own ideas or recommendations when it comes to the commission. I will also often ask for your feedback.

  • Fair criticism is welcome! Honest feedback is very much appreciated!

  • I don't mind being spammed with ideas or references. Feel free to message me about anything whenever.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is done via PayPal.

  • I will start working on the commission after payment is given.

  • Refunds are available before I start working on the commission OR before the closing of the ideas and sketching phase of the comission.

  • I will NOT issue refunds after the commission has been fully complete, approved, or we have moved further into the polishing stage.
